We're totally waving at you!
We're totally waving at you!
Hi, Breech Loader! Welcome aboard!

Welcome to TFWiki.net, one of the foremost resources on all things Transformers! If you're new, we recommend you read through our help documentation before you start editing. Here's some links to specific areas of interest:

This will help you understand how TFWiki.net works, and help ease you into our odd little place. Once you feel you're accustomed, feel free to remove this message!

Just to note: TFWiki article talk pages are for discussing the article itself, and how it could be improved, not for discussing the article's subject matter. Thanks! Jalaguy (talk) 08:39, 8 December 2015 (EST)

"No doubt our wit is too slyly subtle for them to appreciate."
"Apparently, some of your kind saw fit to decorate me while I was waiting."

If you haven't yet contributed anything, we'd really rather you didn't simply change jokes or add new ones without adding actual content. This also holds true for removing captions whole-hog or replacing them with "information" that really isn't.
Remember, we're meant to be informative first, funny second. Write an episode summary, check out the Most Wanted Pages list or the Stubs list.
For further information, see: Project:Captions

Seriously, most of your edits are caption-related. -Foffy the Sheep (talk) 21:56, 28 December 2015 (EST)

The preview button

Stillness... then strike!

Please use the Preview button when making numerous small changes to a single page, using "Save page" only after all your changes are made. This way, you don't clutter the Recent Changes page with a ton of tiny little edits.

Please use it. -Foffy the Sheep (talk) 19:59, 4 May 2016 (EDT)

Sorry. I know it doesn't make a good excuse, but after I edit, I sometimes see some kind of tiny way I could have made the edit better, and end up editing again minutes later. I'll try to remember it more often though. Breech Loader (talk) 20:03, 4 May 2016 (EDT)
Yeah, that happens to the best of sometimes, so no biggie. Just make an effort to keep it down to minimum. Also, remember that small edits can be marked as minor by clicking on the checkbox next to the "Save page" button. -Foffy the Sheep (talk) 20:09, 4 May 2016 (EDT)

Talk pages

Yeah, yeah--save it for the message boards!

This wiki is a reference document, not a chatroom. The Talk pages are for discussing how to improve the wiki. The User Talk pages are for requesting and receiving advice (and admonishments) about how to improve the wiki. They're not for random fandom chatting.

If you want to discuss Transformers with like-minded fans, we recommend Seibertron.com, Transformer World 2005, The Allspark, or our Discord.

Please note - again - that TFWiki talk pages are for discussing how to improve the article itself (e.g. should the main image be changed, etc.), not for discussing the article's subject matter. Thanks! Jalaguy (talk) 14:10, 13 July 2016 (EDT)
