- Darkside Optimus Prime is a Decepticon from the United portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Darkside Optimus Prime (ダークサイドオプティマスプライム Dākusaido Oputimasu Puraimu) is the manifestation of the darkness in Optimus Prime's mind.

- Part of a Tokyo Toy Show 2011-exclusive United two-pack with Darkside Megatron, Darkside Optimus Prime is a black redeco of Generations: War for Cybertron Optimus Prime, transforming into a Cybertronian "armored truck". He comes with a hand-held rifle that is held via either of its two 5mm posts, and can fold up to store in either mode. He features additional 5mm ports on his forearms, roof, and front-wheel panels.
- This mold was also used for United Optimus Prime Cybertron Mode.
