DreamWorks Classics is a syndicator and licensor of vintage animation programming and characters. Among the media assets it owns or handles are the early Rankin-Bass specials, the He-Man and She-Ra television series, Voltron, and The Lone Ranger. It is a subsidiary of DreamWorks Animation (which was spun off from the live action DreamWorks).
DreamWorks Classics holds the worldwide broadcasting license excluding the US, Japan, and Canada to Animated, and worldwide broadcasting and home video master rights excluding the US, Canada, Latin America, Japan and much of the rest of Asia <ref> Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines (excluding Armada) and Singapore to be exact.</ref> to the Unicron Trilogy (its rights on Armada include US home video [which were sold to Kid Rhino], and full Latin America and Canadian rights, however).
