The Earth Federation is the multi-national organisation that governs Earth during the 2020s. While they are allied with the Cybertronian Transformers, they also keep the aliens out of the public eye.

Animated continuity
During the Energon War and the Powerlinx Battles, the current administration was led by delegates from Europe. They were loosely associated with Doctor Brian Jones' Energon research on Earth but demanded the withdrawl of the entire program once Terrorcons attacked domestic territories.
Alexis, due to her past involvement with the Transformers, is both a liason and ambassador to the Cybertronians on Earth.
