S. Pakinper (S・パキンパー S. Pakinpā) is a film director, and a very enthusiastic one. He enjoys large explosions in his films. He is not Michael Bay.

After Ginrai was hired by Z Production producer Billy Hyler to appear in a film, he was introduced to the director, S. Pakinper. Mr. Pakinper gave Ginrai enthusiastic instructions on how to drive down a desert highway rigged with special-effect explosives, including a detailed map showing all of the locations where charges would go off. When Pakinper pointed out the truck that Ginrai would drive, Hyler slyly suggested that Ginrai's own truck be used, as Ginrai would be used to driving it. Pakinper agreed.

Ginrai successfully drove his truck through the gauntlet of explosions, and Pakinper was able to get some excellent footage, but no sooner had he shouted "Cut!" than an explosion not on the map lifted Ginrai's truck into the air. Pakinper rushed over to the truck to see if Ginrai was all right, and he apologised for the accident. As Hydra and Buster, who had been behind the whole thing, swooped to attack in their jets, Ginrai suggested that the film crew make themselves scarce. Pakinper and his crew wisely split. • S. Pakinper is a reference to Sam Peckinpah, an American film director whose credits include The Getaway and (appropriately) Convoy. In addition to the name, S. Pakinper bears a physical resemblance to the late Peckinpah as well.
• The name would seem to have been intended to be Romanizated as "Packinpah". However, it is written as "S. Pakinper" on his director's chair.
