- Refuser is a Decepticon-allied Mini-Con from the Unicron Trilogy and Generation 1 continuity families.

Refuser (リフューザー Rifyūzā) can compress even the greatest weight. His guiding belief is that "Nature exists in order to be destroyed!"
He is a member of the Mobile Fortification Team, and he probably doesn't get along well with Gredator.
