Refuser (リフューザー Rifyūzā) can compress even the greatest weight. His guiding belief is that "Nature exists in order to be destroyed!"

He is a member of the Mobile Fortification Team, and he probably doesn't get along well with Gredator.

Refuser is a redeco of the Classics Mini-Con Wideload, transforming into an "earth-mover" of undetermined model. He was only available in the fifth "Micron Booster" assortment in Japan, where each figure came in its own blind-packed, individual box.
This mold was also used to make Universe Knockdown, Mighty Dozer, and Heavy-Liftor.

Notes

  • Refuser's name might be a "pun" if one assumes TakaraTomy thought he was a garbage hauler.
