Beast Wars: Uprising

In Iacon on a post-war Cybertron, Thunderhoof was a Maximal crime boss who headed the infamous gang known as the Kospegos. He and his enforcer Terrorsaur met with Gnashteeth and Scorponok to discuss selling off a shipment of black-market Energon cubes—Thunderhoof's first two attempts to undersell Gnashteeth's goods were refused, so in return Thunderhoof beat Gnashteeth senseless and blew off his leg, warning him that he had a solar cycle to rethink the offer. It looked like Thunderhoof had the upper hand... until Gnashteeth got his own back by framing the crime boss for burglary and murder of a Builder.

A deca-cycle after being declared Cybertron's most wanted criminal, Thunderhoof was lying low when Gnashteeth sent out another invitation for the disgraced mobster-bot. Hoping to bring this usurper to heel, Thunderhoof and some of his goons attended the meeting at the Rust Sea; once there, Gnashteeth mocked the poor treatment of his underlings. Offended, Thunderhoof ordered Terrorsaur and Scavenger to kill the Predacon - only to realize that Gnashteeth had bought their loyalty with a warehouse full of energon. Moments later, Thunderhoof's goons turned on him and killed him. Identity Politics

Notes

  • As opposed to being a Predacon to match his original counterpart's villainous Decepticon faction, the Uprising version of Thunderhoof is a Maximal per the (loose) Beast Wars tradition of mammalian alt-modes being Maximals.
