Ramjet is a Decepticon from the brick-built world of Kre-O.

Let's see... Hoist, Ramjet, Warpath, Starscream, Rumble, Ravage...all we need is a Kreon of Reflector and we'll have the Kreon version of "A Decepticon Raider in King Arthur's Court" !

Ramjet is just your average head-butting conehead. Whether or not he is a liar or likes toast is unknown.

As part of the third wave of blindpacked Micro-Changers, Ramjet is a Kreon patterned after Generation 1 Ramjet, and can be rebuilt into a jet. He is essentially a redeco of Kreon Dirge, using almost all the same parts and construction; except that he comes with a new backpack attachment piece to replace the Flak Jacket common to earlier Kreons.
