Tape-Filled Idiots are a rock band of epic proportions. They feature Soundwave on lead guitar (Laserbeak), Slugfest on drums, and a green Recordicon on vocals.

While Laserbeak was delivering a diatribe to Ravage on how he only enjoyed the most cultured of music, Soundwave grabbed him for use as a guitar, as Tape-Filled Idiots played to a huge crowd. The band was followed by the duo of Under-3 and Lionhead. Recordicons #25
Notes
- The band's name is a reference to an insult hurled at Soundwave by Megatron during the Kid Stuff storybook "When Continents Collide".
- The green Recordicon is fan character Stage-Dive.
