:Superion is an Autobot combiner from the brick-built world of Kre-O.

Superion claims to be combiner perfection, able to soar through the skies and defeat Decepticons with ease, even that pesky Bruticus. In fact, he regards the best day ever as the day he first combined into his glorious form. The other Autobots probably really love having him on their side. In spite of all his bragging, Superion does have a major weakness, having inherited his component Silverbolt's fear of heights.

Kre-O comic
The Aerialbots formed Superion in order to defend the Autobot base from Devastator, Bruticus and Predaking, but the Decepticons knew his weakness and began tossing him into the air, making him too scared to fight back. In response, the Aerialbots separated and re-combined at ground level, where Superion could safely roll into the Decepticons' legs and defeat them. Unfortunately he couldn't stop, and was still rolling off into the distance even as Optimus Prime was trying to thank him. Kre-O Micro-Changers Combiners comic

:One of the first Kreon Micro-Changer combiner sets.  The four component Kreons, Silverbolt, Air Raid, Skydive, and Firestrike, can be rebuilt into their alternate modes.  They can also be rebuilt into Superion by taking them apart and combining their pieces.

:Quickslinger can be combined with Superion if you have any sense of creativity.

:Like the entire Micro Changer combiner sets, Superion comes with only one Kre-O display brick, and a sticker sheet composed of his leg detailing & a Kre-O logo. Due to the leg stickers being slightly transparent, applying them into the black-colored leg parts can render the details being semi-transparent. The instructions also did not mention on where you should put the Kre-O logo sticker. Also, Superion's combined mode's waist part is somehow prone to falling off from the assembly while posing, and he has a problem standing straight due to how the legs are constructed.

:3 years later, the 3 Micro-Changer combiners, Superion, Bruticus and Menasor is reissed and released as a 3-pack. The toys were unchanged from their individual releases.

Notes
* Quickslinger, who misses out being part of the gestalt, instead comes separately in a blind-packed bag.
* He happens to be the only Wave 1 Micro-Changer Combiner who doesn't need 'flak jacket' parts on any of his components. Even Quickslinger (who's not included in this set) doesn't have one, because Superion is that awesome.
