- The Ark-27 is an Autobot starship from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
The Ark-27 is one of a fleet of numbered Autobot ships designated Ark, all named after the first legendary lost Ark. It is identical in outward appearance to Ark-7 and Ark-32.
Her original crew includes:

A crew assembled aboard Ark-27 to transport Optimus Prime to Cybertron when a reprisal of Thunderwing's apocalyptic madness was feared. Stormbringer #1

- The Ark-27 appears to have been stationed out of the Autobot Orbital Command Hub, as many of the Autobots serving on the ship also served on the Hub.
