As part of his plan to overthrow Megatron, Ramjet had his Mini-Constructicons construct the Universal Cybertronic Tracker. When it was completed, Ramjet, with nuclear codes and a superstring spacebridge, plotted to take over the Decepticons and conquer the galaxy.
