Notes

  • Thor and the Hulk could possibly be members of the Avengers, but there's no concrete evidence to support this theory.
  • In all seriousness, the Avengers team from New Avengers/Transformers is based on the lineup from the first volume of The New Avengers, though the Falcon and Ms. Marvel were never members of that team, making their presence here a little unusual. But then New Avengers/Transformers had Doctor Doom alive when he wasn't at that point in Marvel continuity, so we feel pretty comfortable chalking this one up to an alternate universe.
    • And just for clarification: they're not the New Avengers, even though they appear in a comic called New Avengers, and have occasionally been referred to as "the new Avengers". It's just one of those things.
  • John Barber's assumption is that the Avengers all died during All Hail Megatron, and because of the rights to them belonging to Marvel, that's probably the closest thing to canon that you're going to get. <ref>John Barber on Twitter: "Yeah.
