Hans-Cuff is a Guardian from the GoBots continuity family.

Hans-Cuff is a heroic Guardian. He works as a prison guard and copper, which he'd have to with that name.

In Gargent 087.0 Kappa, Hans-Cuff, along with Wrong Way, Ace, Royal-T, Good Knight, Bolt, and Heat Seeker, joined Turbo in battle against Optimus Prime and his team of Spy Changers, assuming them to be Renegades. The Spy Changers were outnumbered until they were suddenly aided by Cy-Kill's elite lieutenants, Cop-Tur, Crasher, Fitor, Tank, and Geeper-Creeper. The Guardians were driven off, but not before capturing Silverstreak. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/09/30

In another reality, Hans-Cuff died on a shuttle run from Moonbase One to Earth, shortly before The Battle for Guardian City. Echoes and Fragments

Small Foot saw a vision of the GoBot race being destroyed by a great darkness and Hans was among them. High Noon

Hans-Cuff's Cybertronian-style body in the art of "High Noon" is based on Combiner Wars Streetwise.
