I have made caption alterations in the past that have not been questioned, so this is new to me.  I apologize if I did something wrong, but the complete redaction of all my edits on the page seems a bit extreme.

If you haven't yet contributed anything, we'd really rather you didn't simply change jokes or add new ones without adding actual content. This also holds true for removing captions whole-hog or replacing them with "information" that really isn't.
