We're totally waving at you!
Hi, Supernova222! Welcome aboard!

Welcome to TFWiki.net, one of the foremost resources on all things Transformers! If you're new, we recommend you read through our help documentation before you start editing. Here's some links to specific areas of interest:

This will help you understand how TFWiki.net works, and help ease you into our odd little place. Once you feel you're accustomed, feel free to remove this message!

Please don't copy the text of books/etc verbatim into fiction sections. Jalaguy

Capitalisation

[edit]

Hi, please ensure that you capitalize proper nouns like 'Transformer', 'Autobot', 'Decepticon', and character names when editing. Nobody wants to go around clearing up after other editors. Jalaguy (talk) 13:44, 4 July 2014 (EDT)

Stillness... then strike!

Please use the Preview button when making numerous small changes to a single page, using "Save page" only after all your changes are made. This way, you don't clutter the Recent Changes page with a ton of tiny little edits.

Could you use the preview button when performing edits so that you can check for capitalization and other errors. --TheSpartanD (talk) 15:43, 2 August 2014 (EDT)

And, again,...

Stillness... then strike!

Please use the Preview button when making numerous small changes to a single page, using "Save page" only after all your changes are made. This way, you don't clutter the Recent Changes page with a ton of tiny little edits.

16 edits in three rapid-fire bursts over an hour and a quarter(ish) really isn't on. - SanityOrMadness (talk) 09:42, 30 August 2014 (EDT)

Ratchet's death in AOE

[edit]

I don't see how Ratchet's death is a reference to The Transformers: The Movie, other than it being a character called Ratchet dying. The circumstances were completely different. --abates (talk) 16:54, 31 March 2015 (EDT)

Official info

[edit]
"OMG, TO THE WIKI!"

Not everything you just read or saw needs to be immediately added to the wiki. Information about upcoming toys or media may be rooted in rumors and leaks based on incomplete/outdated information; we don't cover leaks, and we’d rather be a little behind than inaccurate (see our relevant Policy Page for more info). A supposed toy defect may be an isolated incident. A claim of inaccuracy on an article may be a misunderstanding. Exercise your best judgment before making additions, and ask first on the article talk pages or our Discord if you’re not sure.

Please don't add leaked information to wiki articles. Jalaguy (talk) 11:33, 17 March 2017 (EDT)

Once again, grammar

[edit]
You and Megatron have one thing in common.

Please proofread your contributions more thoroughly. By default, we require correct English in our articles, including correct spelling, punctuation, and use of capital letters. If your edits don't follow these rules, other editors may choose to revert them rather than spend their time cleaning up your mistakes.

As you have been told before, please ensure that your edits contain correct capitalisation and punctuation. The wiki holds itself to a high editorial standard, and it's nobody else's job to clean your mistakes. Jalaguy (talk) 17:40, 5 August 2017 (EDT)
