Transformers as warriors, especially with the ability to transform into various forms, have always demonstrated superhuman abilities. This page covers the strength of characters across the Transformers series.

Lifting strength

The ability to move weight, whether in humanoid or alternate forms. Class

• Landfill: He can haul up to 10 tons of solid material
• Windcharger: He can cast powerful magnetic fields at distances up to 700 feet. He can levitate a 10-ton block of steel at that distance.
• Motorarm: With his fearsome strength, he can even lift up Megastorm bare-handed.
• Huffer: He can lift 40,000 pounds.
• Hook: In vehicular mode, Hook can use his crane to lift objects weighing up to 20 tons.
• Divebomb: He can lift a tank and tear through its armored skin with his beak.
• Highbrow: Highbrow has twin three-bladed rotors that enable him to lift up to 22,000 pounds of cargo.
• Hauler

• Chop Shop: He can lift up to 30 tons with his six clawed legs, even while insect-size.
• Scrapper: Shovel can slice through 12-inch thick carbon-steel plate and lift up to 30 tons.
• Hot Spot: In robot mode, he possesses incredible strength: he can press 60,000 pounds.
• Grapple: In vehicular mode, Grapple can lift up to 35 tons.
• Lift-Ticket: In vehicle mode, it's tow cable is capable of pulling several dozen tons.
• Pipes: Can haul up to 60 tons.
• Hauler Crane arm capable of lifting objects up to 60 tons.
• Lift-Ticket: In humanoid mode, the powerful servos and hydraulics in the arms of Lift-Ticket can lift twice as much.

Class 75: Able to move weight up to or in excess of 75 tons

• Long Haul: In vehicular mode, Long Haul can carry up to 90 tons.
• Brawn: Brawn is one of the strongest Autobots. He can lift up to 190,000 lbs.

Class 100: Able to move weight up to or in excess of 100 tons

• Hoist: As a tow truck, Hoist can haul up to 400,000 pounds.
• Grimlock: Grimlock's strength is second only to Optimus Prime's, and even that is arguable.

• Megatron: The equal of Autobot Leader Optimus Prime.
• Devastator:
• Computron: He can lift up to 240 tons.
• Bruticus: He can lift up to 500,000 pounds.
• Defensor: He can lift 300,000 pounds with one hand.
• Wideload: He can lift or carry up to 1,000,000 pounds in his dumpster.
• Predaking: Predaking is monstrously strong. He can lift 500 tons without straining a circuit.
• Rhinox: his powerful shovel can lift up to 50,000 tons.
• Metroplex: He can lift 70,000 tons.
• Omega Supreme: With his clawed arm he can lift 300,000 tons.
• Piranacon: Piranacon's strength is immense. He can hold up to 4,000,000 tons

Incalculable: Irrelevant or unlimited

• Cyclonus: Like Galvatron, he derives vast resources of power and energy through Unicron and so can draw on strength in direct proportion to its need - always being able to become stronger than his opponents because of his access to the infinite reservoir of power that Unicron represents.
• Galvatron: Through the powers of Unicron, Galvatron's own powers are augmented continuously so that his strength becomes so vast that his arrogance and confidence are boundless.

• Unicron: capable of swatting armadas to dust and tearing whole planets apart with his bare hands.

Apeface ape mode: In this form, he possesses great strength Astrotrain: In robot mode he has great strength Battletrap: Battletrap has good strength in robot mode Beachcomber: He's neither too strong as a robot Brawl: Brawl possesses enormous strength Bumblebee: Bumblebee is physically the weakest of the Autobots Dreadwind: But at close quarters, his bulky strength and multi-shot wrist guns give him an advantage. Fortress Maximus: Despite his size, Fortress Maximus is both very strong and very fast. Freeway: Freeway is not particularly strong Frenzy: Like his brother Rumble, Frenzy's small stature limits his physical strength Rumble: Rumble's small size severely limits his strength; he can be easily beaten by most of the Autobots in any sort of physical struggle or artillery barrage Gears:Gears has tremendous strength Goldbug: Although stronger than he had been as Bumblebee, Goldbug is still one of the physically weakest of the Autobots. Grotusque: Though not immensely strong, and - when in robot mode Hoist: n robot mode, he is one of the strongest of the Autobots. Horri-Bull: Horri-Bull is both very strong Huffer: he is extremely strong and can lift 40,000 pounds. Inferno: In robot mode, Inferno's strength is among the greatest of the Autobots. Jazz: Jazz's firepower and strength are weak relatives to that of some of the other Autobots Metroplex has enormous strength. Mindwipe bat mode has great strength. Motormaster In robot mode, he has enormous strength Soundwave He also has great physical strength. Sludge: Only a handful of his comrades can match his immense strength Warpath: He has great strength in tank and robot modes. Landmine In vehicle mode, he is a powerful construction vehicle with an enormous crane platform capable of lifting ten times his weight.

Punching strength

The power to stike hard with the arms and hands.

• Brawn: Can knock down a small building with one punch.
• Grimlock: In Autobot mode he wields an energo-sword, which can slice a 2-foot thick concrete wall with one sweep of its crackling blade.
• Devastator: He can knock down a bridge with one punch.
• Bruticus: He can pulverize a suspension bridge with one 14,000 psi punch.
• Menasor: Menasor has tremendous strength - he can punch with a force of 140 tons.
• Superion: His strength is formidable; he can demolish a battleship with one blow.
• Omega Supreme: A blow from one of his arms can shatter a mountainside.
• Sideswipe In robot mode, his arms can act as powerful pile drivers and can deliver up to 4 tons of force per impact with five impacts per second.

Kicking strength

The power to strike hard with the legs and feet.

• Ransack: A kick from his rear legs packs enough power to knock over a bulldozer and shatter a foot-thick steel vault.
• Kickback: a single kick of his can punch a hole in a ¼" steel plate.
• Sludge: Sludge can exert pressure up to 40,000 pounds per square inch with a single step, enough force to shatter a bridge or even crack a mountain.

Impact strength

The power to crush with physical pressure. Motormaster he can ram a 20 foot-thick block of concrete and crumble it without cracking a headlight

• Grimlock: In Dinobot mode he can use his powerful jaws to snap in two virtually anything that comes between them - from a 4-foot diameter steel cable to a Decepticon leg.
• Headstrong: At full speed, his horn can puncture a three-foot thick steel slab.
• Sideswipe: In robot mode, his arms can act as powerful pile drivers and can deliver up to 4 tons of force per impact with five impacts per second.
• Sludge: Sludge can exert pressure up to 40,000 pounds per square inch with a single step, enough force to shatter a bridge or even crack a mountain.
• Brutiucs: He can pulverize a suspension bridge with one 14,000 psi punch.
• Menasor: Menasor has tremendous strength - he can punch with a force of 140 tons.
• Bonecrusher: In vehicular mode, Bonecrusher can exert a force of 800,000 pounds per square inch at a speed of 30 mph, enough to knock down all but the most heavily reinforced structures.
