The Cloud Walkers are a tribe of Transformers native to the colony planet Eukaris. By the time that Eukaris and Cybertron opened diplomatic negotiations, the tribe was led by Sonar.

When Blackarachnia called a meeting of all four of Eukaris's tribal leaders, Sonar was in attendance. Sonar believed that any invading Cybertronians would ignore her tribe, and thought that the Scale Walkers and Fur Walkers should handle the threat alone. Windblade vol. 2 #6
