| The name or term "Astro Blaster" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Astro Blaster (disambiguation). |
What exactly makes Landmine's astro blaster 'astro' is a mystery to all. But all his enemies need to know is that it fires concentrated bursts of incendiary grenades. And he can wield it in either robot or all-terrain thingie mode. Since it gives him a firepower of 10 (which is technically higher than Devastator's and Bruticus's!), it's something that even cheesed-off Femaxians shouldn't play around with. Though matrix-possessed megalomaniacs need not worry.
Fiction
Animated cartoon
The astro blaster is just one of the many toys that the Decepticons' resident one-man deathsquad, Blackout plays with. With it, he obliterated not only the Wreckers, but a whopping four Omega Sentinels! Take THAT, Buzzsaw! The AllSpark Almanac II
Notes
- "Astro Blaster" is also the Japanese name of the Requiem Blaster from Armada, which was mistakenly called by that name in the episode "Rebellion".
