Triage's Phalanx Pulse Blaster contains Plasma Anger S-tech, dousing anyone it hits, and anyone else nearby, with hot burning plasma. His traumatised victims then suffer periodic damage as the plasma burns into their outer structure. Did we mention Triage is an Autobot medic?
