The Atlantean Axe can charge up for extra damage, but who cares about that when it also has Storm Front S-tech? With it, Monsoon can manipulate the axe head, resulting in a powerful electrical storm blasting all and sundry who happen to be standing in front of him at the time. It's unclear whether or not he got this weapon from Atlantis as the name suggests.
