The Grenado is one of Brainstorm's inventions. On detonation it produces a miniature tornado which can cause damage to a targets within a surprisingly small radius but leave more distant targets unharmed.

As Brainstorm was standing prepared to shoot an uncompleted Megatron, a grenado materialized at his feet, having been sent through time ahead of Rodimus's team.
