- Julio Lopez is a M.A.S.K.-aligned human from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Julio Lopez, codenamed Gulliver, is an agent of M.A.S.K., functioning as the driver of the Jackhammer vehicle and sometimes the Rhino vehicle.

During M.A.S.K.'s mission engaging the Autobots Kup and Aileron at Mount Olympus, Lopez drove the Rhino along with Bruno Sheppard.
