This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Storm Cloud is part of the newest generation of Decepticons. He and his brothers Whisper, Nightflight, and Tailwind, built during the war with advanced engineering to produce smaller, more energy efficient bodies, have never known a Cybertron at peace.[1]
