Devisiun is one of the thirteen Titan colonies. It is populated by Transformer twins who form a single vehicle mode from a pair of robots.

The natives were quite impressed by Superion's combiner technology, allowing Starscream to persuade the planet to join the growing Council of Worlds. Vanquish and Fireshot were sent to Cybertron to simultaneously represent their colony. Windblade vol. 2 #6
