George Hosato Takei (born April 20, 1937) is an American screen and voice actor for television and film. His long list of voice acting credits include the Godzilla film series, a historically inaccurate version of Greek astronomer Ptolemy, Ricardio the Heart Guy from Adventure Time, The First Ancestor from Mulan, Mr. Fixx from Batman: Beyond, General Lok Durd from Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Akira from The Simpsons and an obscure 1970s gem called Star Trek: The Animated Series, where he voiced a character named "Sulu".
