Fu Chong (Fú Chōng, 符冲, b. ???) is a Chinese voice actor and actor. He graduated from Shanghai Theatre Academy in 1982, and became an actor in Shanghai Youth Drama Troupe. Now Fu is an actor in Shanghai Dramatic Art Centre and also one of the members of Shanghai Television Artists Association (STAA). His beast known dubbing role is Small-head Father in Big-head Son and Small-head Father, and the Mandarin voice of Kael'thas Sunstrider in the World of Warcraft.
