The Power of the Primes toyline was notable for introducing the Prime Master gimmick highlighting the titular "power of the Primes." Like the rest of the Prime Wars Trilogy, each toy included a small packaged card based off the character; unlike its two predecessors, which used the classic Tech Specs, the Power of the Primes toyline included one of twelve randomly packed cards for each toy, each highlighting the additional powers or personality changes that a Prime Master can impart on the character in question.
