Synopsis

Bludgeon and Darkwing set about a plan they believe will wipe out the Autobots once and for all, beginning the process of reviving the powerful Thunderwing, who nearly destroyed Cybertron during the Great War. Springer and Roadbuster are summoned before the Autobot leadership and assigned the mission of stopping the pair. The Wreckers travel to Cybertron and manage to catch up with the two Decepticons just as the process is nearing completion. Despite their reminders of the destruction Thunderwing caused, Bludgeon and Darkwing complete their task, whereupon Thunderwing promptly begins attacking Cybertron itself. The two Decepticons realize their mistake and join forces with the Autobots, successfully wearing down Thunderwing until he runs out of Ultra-Energon. The two factions depart, but after returning to their base, the Autobots discover that the Decepticons have a new plan concerning Earth.
