The Vela Pulsar is a pulsar.

A number of neutral Cybertronians settled near the Vela Pulsar during the war, including the crews of the Alchemy-Seven and the U1. Both vessels departed from the pulsar and returned to Cybertron following the planet's rebirth. The Death of Optimus Prime Twenty Plus One
