Blas Garcia (born May 26, 1942) is a Mexican actor and voice actor. He commonly dubs the likes of Clint Eastwood, Tommy Lee Jones, Samuel L Jackson and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Other roles he's dubbed include Hagrid in the Harry Potter films, Saruman in the Lord of the Rings films, General Zod in Superman II and Khan in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. His nephews Andrés García and Leonardo García have also worked on Transformers as voice actors.

Notes
- Before dubbing Movie and Aligned Optimus, he voiced another of Cullen's characters: Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh.
- He was unable to reprise his role as Optimus Prime in Age of Extinction, due to health problems, he was replaced by Alfonso Ramírez who previously voiced Optimus Primal in Beast Machines.
- He returned to voice Movie Optimus in The Last Knight.
