Located in Iacon, the Mandala is the headquarters of the Predacon Secret Police.

During a period in the Great War when the Decepticons held Iacon, the Decepticon Justice Division operated out of the Mandala. In the era of Maximals and Predacons, it served as the headquarters for the Predacon Secret Police. Trigger Warnings
