- Shrapnel is a Decepticon Insecticon drone from the Adventure portion of the Aligned continuity family.
Shrapnel (シャープネル Shāpuneru) is a breed of Insecticon under the control of Lockdown. With Bombshells, Shrapnels are used in mass numbers to reduce cities to rubble.

- Shrapnel is a redeco of Generations Skrapnel with slightly different plastic colors and paint operations, such as a painted red visor and yellow details on his legs. He transforms into a robotic interpretation of a stag beetle. His chest has been remolded to have a circular indent for an insignia-sticker, which is intended to function with the Transformers Adventure app. He does not come with a version of Skrapnel's Reflector accessory.
Notes
- Though his name is rendered as "Shrapnel" on the toy packaging, the Japanese reading is pronounced like "Sharpnel", Generation 1 Shrapnel's Japanese name.
