Toshihiko Seki (関 俊彦 Seki Toshihiko) is a Japanese voice actor and singer born June 11, 1962 in Tochigi, Japan. He's done numerous roles in the world of voice acting in anime, video games, and TV roles since the 1980s, plus drama CDs and dubbing. To name some of his more notable roles: Duo Maxwell in New Report Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Legato Bluesummers in Trigun, Senketsu in Kill la Kill, the Warrior of Light from Dissidia: Final Fantasy, dubbing voice of the Tenth Doctor in Doctor Who and Jonathan Crane/The Scarecrow in Batman Begins, and most famously, Momotaros from Kamen Rider Den-O (and its various crossovers). No, not that Den-O.
He also holds 2nd Dan (rank) in kendo, which while it might not seem much, he can still kick your aft.
