Because there's only 2 thing that use Silver Guardians one is Power Rangers Time Force from 2001 & The Silver Guardian a Chinese Mana/Anime from 2015, so unless the Writers can see into the future, it's based on Power Rangers Time Force. It Is from Power Rangers
