It contains the Dragon Peninsula, where Shield Dragon was born. Cobrander and Shield Dragon's shared belief in the rule of the strong has made Zigrad a brutal dictatorship rife with inequality, and the country has no allies among the other nations of Beast, who all condemn its government.
