The Dark Matrix of Leadership held by Decepticons is an evil version of the Matrix of Leadership held by Autobot leaders.
Fiction
Transformers GT
The Dark Matrix (ダークマトリクス Dāku Matorikusu) was an item passed down through successive generations of Decepticon Emperors of Destruction, presumably as an evil mirror of the Matrix of Leadership. In order to limit their power, Decepticon GT Transformers separated their Dark Matrices from their bodies to create GT Sisters, such as GT-R Megatron's partner Noa.[1]
