This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Flowchart is a Caretaker Mini-Con, of a kind (and friends with) Fixit.

Flowchart was friends with Fixit on Cybertron. At some point before the launch of the prison ship Alchemor, Flowchart was upgraded alongside his friends Toolbox, Schematic, and Rundown. Decepticon Island (Part 1)
