This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Rundown is a Caretaker Mini-Con, of the same kind as (and friends with) Fixit.

Rundown was friends with Fixit on Cybertron. At some point before the launch of the prison ship Alchemor, Rundown was upgraded alongside his friends Toolbox, Flowchart, and Schematic. Decepticon Island (Part 1)
