Arrogant and boisterous, Sweep No. 3 (スウィープズNo.3 Suwīpuzu No. 3) doesn't take kindly to the others in his troop slacking off or not following Scourge's orders.

Sweep No. 3 was (presumably) created by Unicron from the remains of fallen Decepticon warriors, following the Decepticons' failed assault on Autobot City. The Transformers: The Movie
