Special Teams was a collective name given to the four groups Scramble City combiners released after the Constructicons:
The term was employed predominantly in the UK where it was mainly used in toy advertisements. It did however appear in the Marvel UK Comic, in the story Second Generation! giving it canonical status. The term was never used in the US Marvel Comic however.
