Kōsuke Okano (岡野 浩介 Okano Kōsuke, born October 14, 1969) is a Japanese voice actor. His voice can be heard in Initial D as Kenta Nakamura, Flame of Recca as the titular Recca Hanabishi and Saint Tail as Asuka Jr., among others. He is also a narrator for the Japanese anime TV network Animax.
In the world of dubbing, he voiced Scrappy-Doo in the first live-action Scooby-Doo film, Major Glory in the Justice Friends segments of Dexter's Laboratory, multiple characters across a number of Power Rangers series (most notably Xander the Green Ranger in Mystic Force), Ken Jeong's character in The Hangover franchise, Carnage in both Spider-Man: The Animated Series and Spider-Man Unlimited and the Nowhere Newsman and Di Lung in Courage the Cowardly Dog.
