Marvel Comics continuity
These stories do not fit into the normal Marvel continuity. See Earthforce for details.
While Starscream was wandering alone in the Louisiana bayous, a Predator aimed his pistol at Starscream's, er, cockpit. The Predator was intent on claiming the bounty Megatron and Shockwave had put on Starscream's head, but since Starscream survived we may assume the Predator's attempt on his life was unsuccessful. Notes
- The Predator was not explicitly named on the cover to issue #284, but in issue #293's letters page Dreadwind confirms the alien's identity.[1]
- Predators are, of course, the primary antagonists of the Predator movie franchise, coincidentally voiced by Peter Cullen and Hal Rayle.
- Crankcase's design aesthetic draws heavily upon that of the Predator.
