Marvel The Transformers comics

While contacting Razorclaw to have the Predacons take care of the now-deranged Megatron, Shockwave encoded important data, such as the rendezvous point on Earth, on a laser disk. Razorclaw inserted the laser disk into his head.

After Megatron defeated Predaking, a Decepticon soldier discovered the laser disk and Soundwave played its contents, revealing Shockwave's betrayal to Megatron. Nevertheless, the logician was able to manipulate Megatron by pointing out that he had copied his personality into the laser disk. Megatron realized the possible parallel of Optimus Prime being copied onto a floppy disk by Ethan Zachary after the Autobot leader's death. In an attempt to escape this imagined threat, Megatron shot the space bridge he was standing on, causing the bridge to explode and seemingly killing himself. Gone but Not Forgotten!
