There was no official release of Destron Super Scramble. His only media appearance is an issue of "TV Magazine" where they made up some bologna justification to put Terrorcons, Stunticons, and Combaticons together.[1]
While this combination can be achieved using the original Generation 1 toys, creating it using later toylines is a bit more complicated. Although the Stunticons and Combaticons from the Combiner Wars toyline are interchangeable, the Terrorcons from the Power of the Primes toyline inclue differently sized feet parts, either resulting in a lopsided combination or necessitating a non-Terrorcon foot for Cutt-throat.
