- Impetus is a supercomputer from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Created by Tarantulas, Impetus is the successor to his previous invention Aequitas. Rather than calculate guilt, it instead extracts it from those hooked up to them, forcing them to verbally confess all of their crimes.
