- Shakar is a Decepticon Micron from the Wings Universe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Assigned as a partner to Nightracer, Shakar is the only Decepticon with whom Nightracer shows any sort of inclination towards social interaction. Probably because Shakar was assigned to her by Megatron himself, but hey, it's a start.[1]

Notes
- Shakar's name is an anagram of Raksha, Nightracer's creator, who also wrote the pack-in bio card for Nightracer. Whether or not she also created the character of Shakar is unknown.
- Shakar's mention in Nightracer's bio does not use gender pronouns, making Shakar's gender ambiguous.
