- The Amalgamated Water and Power Plant is a location from the cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
The Amalgamated Water and Power Plant supplies both electricity and water. For a Transformer, this means they can recharge and get that nasty case of scraplets seen to at the same time. It also handily has pylons large enough to chain a conehead to. It's on the north side of a city near near Autobot Headquarters, possibly Central City.

Unfortunately they were found by Megatron and the two Decepticon factions began to fight. It was this scene that Powerglide, who was searching for Jazz and Cliffjumper, happened to spy from the air. He alerted Optimus Prime who gave the order to roll out. The other Autobots got there as Bruticus was laying into Devastator and rescued Jazz and Cliffjumper under cover of the fight.
