Richard Ian Cox (born October 3, 1973) is a Welsh-Canadian actor. Among his better-known roles are Alec Ramsay on The Black Stallion, Quicksilver on X-Men: Evolution, Snails on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Son Goku/Kakarot on the Ocean group dub of Dragon Ball Z: Kai, the titular dog-swordsman-demon-guy on InuYasha and the second voice for the titular character on Ranma 1/2.
