Starscream ended being revealed to be in the movie after all

I do not believe that this correct. The footnote sources it to the Empire article which has this to say:

We're swiftly disabused of that notion thanks to a barrage of familiar faces including Decepticon premiereship players Shockwave, Starscream and Blitzwing, all in their original, first generation forms.

This is obviously an incorrect take on the trailer, as Blitzwing is assuredly not there in his "original, first generation form." We therefore can't take the article's identification of Starscream as definitive, especially given that this isn't the first time we've seen a Starscream-looking dude in a trailer, and he turned out named something else. Note that Starscream is not mentioned in any of the article's direct quotes of Travis Knight. --KilMichaelMcC (talk) 16:59, 25 September 2018 (EDT)

I understand what you mean, but in the background of the Shockwave shot, we see a bot that looks different than Blitzwing, and has more similarities to Starscream. We can especially tell because the international trailer shows us Blitzwing's body. If this ends being Blitzwing too (for some reason) than sure. --notirishman (talk) 17:30, 25 September 2018 (EDT)

Triple Changer?

I will admit I haven't been reading every article published for the movie, but when did they say Blitzwing was a Triple Changer? I'm not seeing a source, so...

I think SDCC with an interview with Knight? I think? There is also the fact in the trailer, he is a jet and has a toy of him that is a tank, and the prequel comics having tank kibble on him... I think. --notirishman (talk) 17:02, 8 October 2018 (EDT)

wrong guy?

In the prequel comics, there is definitely a guy named blitzwing. I dont think he is the starscream looking guy in the trailer, for a few reasons. In the trailer, he has red bits, but in the comics he is all grey/brown. In the comics, he sports a noticeably different head design than in the trailer. In the comics, the tank tread kibble is on his back, jutting up enough to see, but in the trailer, you see no tank treads when the angle should be giving a good view of the treads. In place of the treads are thrusters in the trailer. His toy is colored closer to the comic version, which backs up the comic blitzwing and the movie seeker being different. The head design on the toy is similar, but noticeably different from the seeker in the trailer. The toy has a tidal wave style “mohawk” crest, but the one in the trailer doesnt. The 2 vents on top of the head also dont align with blitzwing and the seeker. Could they be two seperate entities? Please reply your thoughts below. YourBestPal (talk) 21:08, 18 November 2018 (EST)

Does Blitzwing's voice actually change during the movie?

I noticed while rewatching the scene where he and BumbleBee fight that Blitzwing's voice appears to change throughout it. When he shouts "DID YOU THINK YOU COULD HIDE?!" and says "Now you'll die screaming!", he sounds similar to his G1 incarnation. When he tries to interrogate Bee and removes his voicebox, He sounds more robotic and sorta sadistic. When he announces that Bee's a "Traitor to Cybertron" Blitzwing basically sounds like Shockwave from Transformers Prime with a few minor Vocal Effects added (Yes, I am aware they share a Voice Actor). Is this some sort of oversight by David Sobolov that was overlooked by the Editing Team? Perhaps even an intentional reference to his Animated incarnation? Or could it be that I'm overthinking this as usual?
